We app**** for the HP laptop deal at R269 per month in December 2018. Since end December we enquired about the delivery. In January we were informed that the IPhone was delivered in KZN to us, WE LIVE IN PRETORIA! We have requested assistance and was sent back and forth for weeks. Poovarsha Naidoo from Rewards Co - agent was appointed to assist us. She has also just been so pathetic in handling the case. We receive no feedback and when the enquire for feedback we are told MTN will get back to us. It has not been 3 months and MTN and their Agent is useless!!!!! Today we noticed that MTN debited our bank account with R579.19 - WERE DO YOU GET OFF? WHERE DID YOU EARN THIS MONEY? WHAT CONTRACT CAN YOU PROVE THIS MONEY? WHO GAVE YOU AUTHORITY TO COLLECT MONEY ON A ********** CASE? Since MTN and Rewards Co are so pathetic we are now continuing to open a ******** case with the South African Police Services for ***** and theft. I Will never again even consider MTN.
