MTN, a bunch of *******

So MTN stole from me, twice. I took out a contract in December, I received provisional data. That was fine. The next data was supposed to be loaded on 1st January 2026, which didn't happen. I didn't pay much attention to it as it was a public holiday. When I finally called MTN, 4 of their consultants confirmed that indeed no data was loaded and that it would be rectified. Only once I cancelled the contract and requested a refund, does MTN come back dismissively and claim that the data was loaded. Before requesting my money back, there was no data. Now that I want my money back, suddenly there was data. *******.
