MTN A BUNCH OF ******

I did a cellphone upgrade with MTN in January, however I had to return the ceellphone and cancel the upgrade. it took a long time before MTN could cancel the contract eventually I was told that they have cancelled the contract. MTN then suspended my line saying that I need to pay R799 for my line to be active and they will refund me as the contract has been cancelled. MTN has not refunded me and i paid for a cellphone that i dont have. Today again MTN suspended my line and informed me that i need to pay R1599. MTN wants me to pay for a cellphone that I dont have and they have suspended my line. I have decided to take Mtn to the Ombudsman and to the small claims court. MTN they are nothing but a bunch of ******.
