MTN A BUCH OF *****S AT CAPE GATE!!!!!!

MTN CAPE GATE Cape Town are the worst when it comes to services!! I took back an UNOPENED router, after talking to Zinthle online for a contract for a phone and wifi. I was told it was uncapped which was a LIE. So I terurned te router, have never received the phone, and was told by Jodie and her manager at MTN Cape Gate they will sort it out and cancel everything because I was given incorrect information. Just received an sms saying my Debit order will soon go of??????? What for????? I dont have any of you products in my possession???? So what am I paying for???? Jodie hung up on me when I asked her name and surname, she just went silent and refused to answer. MTN CAPE GATE ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!!! All calls are recorder, so I want a copy of my call and take this to the ombudsman. MTN ARE *****ING FROM THE PUBLIC!!!
