I took a contract in 2012 and it ended in 2014, I am still paying for it, it's 2024 and 10 years later no help to end this misery.

I have been to multiple stores, I don't have an mtn number so I have to put airtime to call their help line which is of no help. I am being pushed from pillar to post. The store won't help the customer care doesn't care. I am now handed over and I can't even cancel the contract. 10 years and 6 months now no luck.
