MTN 😡

I have a contract with MTN. My line has been suspended and I’m not able to make calls or use the internet. I called the MTN more then 4 times and I was told that everything is fine with my account and that my line is not suspended. And I must switch my phone on and off. It’s been over 3hours and my line is still not working! I’m honestly annoyed by all of this and no one seems to know what the issue is. If I had an emergency now and needed to call I wouldn’t be able to because of this nonsense!
