MTN

I have been struggle to close off contract account I have this MTN for the past 4 months, each time I m requesting for paid letter the balance has increased , the response time is nightmare and each time some one new is responding. Kanti MTN what are processes that you have put in place with working from home with you staff, I need this account closed, i have paid so many cancelation fees and yet the account is still has outstanding balances. and you have the gull to send to account to attorneys how is that even done with out you informing me the client. Even your complaints department what the hell are they doing.
