I cancelled a contract within a cooling of period but they Billed me for two months R1054. 66 and R157.81 but they only refunded me R588. 80 but now their billing department is transferring my call to Cancellation/retention and retention/Cancellation is transferring me back to their billing department they are transferring me back and forth both department are not assisting me
