MTN

MTN is what you call a useless network.

Paid my arrears account in full 4 months ago I emailed proof of payments to all email address available on internet including internal email address what consultants gave me over the phone. This had been a struggle to re activate my line no success or support from mtn. Just to find out they gave my number to someone els after 4 months of emails that they don't respond to or call centers that cant give answers. Still no help i wish if never ported to mtn.
