MTN............

I am so upset with MTN, firstly they ported my number from Vodacom without my knowledge, then l visited the branch in Tambotie mall to find out who gave them permission to go into my personal information and make a decision on my behalf that it is time for me to move to them when l have been with vodacom for over 20 years and l am happy there. When l get there it's like nothing major happened l must keep my cool and the guy by the name of Rian tells me l should not give him attitude. This is ***** and l am told l have an attitude. This is my first time l complain on such platforms. What irritates me the most about this whole thing is that my phone has been off since Tuesday night. My security company tried to get hold of me because my alarm went off at home but they could not reach me, who is going to take responsibility for that? I wonder?? but MTN must know that l am not going to leave this here, l logged a complaint with their head office and until now no one got back to me. Clearly this is not a big deal for them.
