MTN *****

***** contract taken out on my name, attempted now for a month to get MTN ***** department to investigate and rectify.

They keep closing my ticket without Investigation or try send me to their retention office to cancel the contract.

Impossible to get someone to investigate the *****, no escalation procedure, they don't respond to any of my requests and keep avoiding my qustions, tried escalating to managers multiple times still no one has contacted me 3 weeks later.
