Nondumiso Qulu adviced me to revise my payment because they deducted me twice I have been facing the same problem since January I go to the MTN store in cresta they say your matter is resolved yet every month I face the same issue now I receive sms saying that I'll be blacklisted for they mistakes and not following the instructions and agreements we disclosed I will never advise someone to take an MTN contract because they chasing sales not service when I get to the store they tell me to call 135 I was placed on hold for more then an hour how can u work with a product yet when I go ask for help I'm told to call 135 They sold me Sim that is a duplicate
