MTN!!!!!!!!

I have called MTN thrice in the past 10mins, iv been put through from department, to department, only for the line to go blank or for the consultant to tell me they cannot help me. All i want to know is the cancellation amount i would need to pay to cancel a contract. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!????
