Mtn

I am trying to get a hold of mtn legal department since the 23rd of October. I have called and emailed numerous times and I just get sent in circles. I hold for 30minutes and get transferred to 8 different people but they do not put me through to mtn legal. All I require is a termination of contract and a paid up letter but it seems to be taking forever and them not being competent enough. They can call numerous times for payment but cannot respond to a customers cry for help. Customer services have dropped drastically at Mtn.
