MTN

I am completely horrified at the MTN's service. After migrating my prepaid number to contract i'm unable to receive any calls or SMS's, when someone tries to call me it says my number is not registered on the MTN network leaving me without communication for over a week now. I've called numerous times and all i get is being transferred from one agent to another without assistance!!!! I've been to the store and still no one can help. I don't have an alternative number MTN so what do i do now?????? All agents working there clearly does not know what they are doing!!! Their complaints department don't even have the decency to respond to my mails. I am still waiting for someone to resolve my issue
