Worst service one can imagine , I signed up for 'My Home Data" R399 service, (Mtn vredenburg), after 8 days my router received went faulty and they refused to swop the router, apparently I had no right to demand a new router after 7 days, I explained to them that data service is essential to me in order to perform my duties, they just told me to go home and accept the fact that I am past the 7 day "warranty" The bottom line is they know I need the service as a matter of urgency , they also feel comfortable to tell me to go home and accept the fact that they are not responsible for taking responsibility after 7 days.
