MTN

Good day, I have visited Mall@Redds MTN in February to upgrade my data bundle. I have asked the sales lady if I can use my old router as I also want to use it to watch showmax. She told me it will be adequate, on my arrival home I found that it was not. I immediately went back to the store where they told me they can not change the contract. I offered to pay the extraR50-00 on the contract to get the correct modem. They said that they cant do it I must send email to MTN to change it and then I can collect the modem/router from them. I have send since then weekly emails with no response up to date. Only once did somebody came back to me to and told me they will come back to me.
