Mtn

I have been with MTN SOUTH AFRICA for years. First as a prepaid customer and for the last year on contract. Deu to carona 19 I am struggling to pay the bills and can't get hold of them. I have sent emails, called but still in a predicament, for the past 3 months I have been in contact with no reply from MTN. Now I I reserved a final notice of payment or MTN will hand me over. Thay asked for proof that I only receive 30 percent of my salary, and I did send it. Then thay asked for I'd.adres. and banking details and I did. Still waiting for them to contact me.
