MTN

MTN really disappointed with your service. MTN upgrade without my consent. After several phone calls and letters they noted it was a mistake and they cancelled the upgrade. This was in May. My t monthly debit order still goes off bit I do not receive the airtime and data. I reported the matter again several times. Up to date no responce from them. Will not upgrade with them as the costomer care devision is for sure not up to standard.
