MTN

I received a message from MTN saying I have won a Huawei P40 lite as I always enter the weekly competition, and with all those details to validate where it should be delivered. I called MTN this morning to check if it is legit and the consultant I spoke to asked me to go to the MTN store, I went to the MTN store this morning to be told that the message is from MTN direct whereas they are MTN Franchise they do not deal with that I'll need to go to Rustenburg for the claim as I'm in Mafikeng. After that I called the numbers again and I spoke to a rude consultant by the name Ricardo.
