I spent several minutes waiting on a call for a consultant and at the 8th minute one finally answers, only for her to be so disrespectful. When I asked for someone else to handle the call she puts me back in the queue where I’m busy spending further 12 minutes holding to speak to somebody. And all I wanted was to enquire about my upgrade.
