I am soooooooooooo disappointed in the service I have been receiving at mtn regarding a query that I logged a month ago, still no resolution or anything. I have never received such pathetic service, I have requested for a number to head office but no reply. I am really soooooooooooooooooooooooo disappointed and frustrated and angry. I really need help to resolve my query as I'm being charged for data that I haven't used and it's going going for months now. Regards Rochelle ***
