MTN *******

I have now had enough of MTN and their incompetence. It takes longer than 4 days to get a response out of them. I cancelled my contract in November 2023 and it will now be March in less than two weeks and they still have not resolved this issue and listed me as in arrears. I will now be taking this to the ombudsman.
