I had a upgrade I left it till the end when I went to upgrade the lady told me there is no outstanding amount due October 2023 thay charge me a service fee of R319.22 and agen in November a upgrade fee of R130.44 then when I phone them thay told me I have to go back to the store I went back the lady told me I was not supposed to pay the service fee of R319.22 and that she can do anything I have to phone them back I have spoken to about 10 "MTN SERVEICE CHAMPIONS " and I can say not one of them knows what's going on or what to do some of them can't iven speak properly . Everytime I phone I get a new reference number

This was the last reference number I got 22/1/24 *** I am still waiting for this so called "MTN SERVEICE CHAMPION" TO call me back
