Mtn is horrible I wouldn't recommend mtn for no one, ive been trying to sort out this matter for the past two months if agents don't drop calls they are launching on the background. I wonder if the calls are being supervised because I don't think these calls are quality checked if agents keep dropping calls, customer service, retentions they all the same. Bad service and it happened to my friend too. MTN is a no go please today I called a d spoke to more than 6 people query still not RESOLVED. BAD BAD SERVICE.

03 Apr 2022, 10:42Still haven't been assisted. This is a joke. To think I have been calling I even went to the store. I was told the people who can help me is the same call center that's not even helping. Mtn does not really care about the customer
