Good day,
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address the same. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Prior to you changing the debit order date, your acc was being debited a month late due to your inv date. Now that you have changed the date, you are no longer being debited a month late. You debit order amount will resume to the nomal R399 from next month.
Kind REgards,
Ishie.
