MTN
<p>MTN robs me non stop, im so fed up with MTN subscription magically appearing on my phone and *****ing my airtime.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the call center today(10/06/2017) at 7:40am and spoke to consultant Nontehthelo Buthelezi who told me that after i recharged with R30 MTN AIRG took my R11. She could not explain to me how i subscribe to it or even what MTN AIG is about. This happens to me weekly, weekly im being ****** by MTN for a subscription that i can definately didnt subscripe to. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been an MTN customer for 20 years now and ive just had enough with their services. The service is pathetic and the network is terrible.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY BAC****</p>

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN.
Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP’s (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an “enabler” to the WASP’s by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway. In addition MTN requires that such WASP’s be members of WASPA in an effort to bring about a self-regulatory measure. MTN does not have relationships with the content providers, they however have direct relationships with the WASP who aggregates such content on their behalf.
For any dispute regarding Wasp content subscription/ deductions, please lodge a complaint directly with Waspa either via www.waspa.org.za or on ***.
