my mtn contract 3xpired on 13/01/2017
i gave notise on 12/12/2016 and change to pre paid req ***
payment went through on 1/1/2017
on 1/2/2017 (absa a***) another amount of R250 was deducted
i query it req***
i feel i did my paperwork by 1 month notice in dec and they did deducted on january there was no need for febr and my last query was on2/3/2017
