MTN

It has been 2 years since auotpage gave our contract to MTN and every month by the our data and airtime is taken, I know its MTN as the sms they send say your data expires, now even if we purchase extra data it expires in one day, I have submitted a cliam to mtn store at zewenwagt mall, and they refuse to give me a resonable explenation other than its been invesitgate. Now I have noticed its happening to a lot of people, so either this is rectified or we will cancel as bridge of contract and lay a charge agians MTN

Sorry I logged a call in zewenwach mall in kuilsrivier, and be assured it was 2 days and my data was depleted not 30 days, and its 1gb not 500. please understand this query has been since the take over from autopage, I am very sure of myself and have proof that even my sms just dissapear withinn the time frame and i dont use normal sms. You gyes are not treating clients fair and this is still theft and *****. mtn sends me warning every day that my data will expire witch comes trough as an sms and have them on record. This country is all about *****ing from peoplo and treating people as if they have no idea what is going on. We do keep evindence and we keep track , your companies reputation is loosing its value, as while I was there at the mtn shop there were more than 100 people with the same promblem. I will keep every evindence and I will report to the highest authority possible. Putting people down without propper understanding of the frustration is no way dealing with this. Autopage never gave us one ounce of problems and then what has happened to your statement that is meant to give you details billing, none of that is available any more. A invoice also no details of data etc. Your losing touch and favour just like telkom. It wont be long and your doors will sure to close.
