mtn

I went to mtn at the mall of the south.....I wanted to port my telkom no to mtn. I stood in their shop, Rosa was doing her nails. A customer came in and she offered to help him? I waited untill she was finished and asked if she could port my telkom no to mtn!!! She said yes, after about 7 minutes she said she is sorry she cannot rica me, her system does'nt want to. I went to checkers just next door bought a sim card R2.99 mtn wanted R3.50 Checkers ricaed me in 2 minutes. I went back to mtn next to checkers at the mall of the south, they said sorry they cannot port the sim card I have purchased has been ricaed in 2008 I went back to checkers they gave me another one which they ricaed within minutes, mtn then told me the system doesn't want to work, and I was told to do it from my phone. I went home and tried every option on the sim pack and gave up eventually. I phoned 173 and the guy on the otherside said I must send an sms to the 083 number on the sim pack. I did this on Christmas day but had no response. I tried to send another sms to the same number , but had no joy. 27 Dec I phoned 173 and the person said I can not port my number as this simcard was in use I have to buy another simcard. I went to checkers bought another simcard went to myn and asked to port my number.....the lady with the false eyebrows said sorry our sydtem doesn't want to work. I gave up and decided to stay with telkom

I wonder do they (MTN) actually pay these people a salary? But then again I realised that staff only reflect management.......why in the world will I go to an office just to sit and do nothing, then again ,,..I have a job why should I work????
