MTN

I am an Autopage customer who moved to MTN when they closed down. The MTN experience has been an absolute nightmare and I cannot wait for contracts to expire so I can move to another network. Their service is appalling I receive invoices and statements and the call centre can never assist. All they do is give reference numbers.

I cannot believe that it can be such a nightmare just to get your statements.

Reviewer Update

Shortly after publishing this review I received a call from MTN in terms of which the MTN consultant promised to attend to my query. To date I have still not received my invoices as requested and as a result I have not been able to claim my cell phone account from my employer for the last three months.

It is so frustrating when a supposedly big Service Provider like MTN cannot perform the most basic of services like providing their customers with billing information. As long as they are able to debit my account monthly they donot care that I cannot claim these funds which I am entitled to back from my supplier.

My transition from Autopate to MTN has been an utter nightmare. Please send invoices for ********** 136 and 083 **********
