<p>Hi, i brought a contract phone sumsung at MTN HVRC ALLANDALE WALK-IN CENTRE. One day I walk -up the phone has black stains on the screen and it doesn't work, then arrange for them to come and collet it, then after two months waiting for my phone tp be fixed they phone and say they can't fix it and that i have to pay for them to repaire it plus I am still paying the phone... I am so angry I need help.</p>

Kindly note that the HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the Manufacturers Repairs guidelines and in accordance with their Standards and mandate. On assessment on your unit it was found to be physical damaged, the LCD is cracked. A quote of R1028.9 for the repair was rejected and the unit was collected. Please further note that physical damage voids the warranty of the unit.
