MTN!!!!!!!!

<p>A few months ago MTN suspended my line, it turns they just stopped debiting my account a month prior the suspension. Eventually I called to find out what happening, spoke to a lady who suggested I go make the the payment at a bank and she said she would send me an email with all the payment details which she never sent. A week ago I got a call from debt collectors claiming I owe 8k and demanded immediate payment. I have a big problem with this as MTN has never contacted to notify me that my account behind. I knew my account was behind and I tried to make payment at an mtn store and I was told that mtn shops dont take account payments.</p> <p>I'm just asking for custumer service, I've tried contacting the mtn legal department which is an impossible mission, I've tried to log a complaint directly with mtn even that hasn't gone through because I have not received any feedback. I've had my contract with mtn since 2011 and I think I deserve much better client treatment than this!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
