MTN 808 callcentre
You are given this 808 number to use because its the only way to cancel your contract? You dial this number then it just gets cut or u get through and press the option to speak to operator but no one ever answer u just hear the mtn tune over and over and over forever or it just cuts of again, no matter how many times you hold on or try again and again. If I'm gonna get billed for a contract I couldn't cancel I will be very upset! This is extremely poor service let me rephrase that because u get no service, and apparently there is no other callcentre number or direct email to just cancel....u have to dial 808, come on really????? I'd like feedback on this
