MTN 808 Call Centre Unavailable as always
Hi there, I'm trying to get through to the MTN 808 call centre for the last 2 weeks already but my call keeps being cut while waiting in the queue.I need to cancel my current topup contract and migrate my phone numbe to a prepaid setup asap as my next months billing cycle is about to begin.

I have sent through an email to cancel my contract and move the number to prepaid but I received a response that this process can only be followed via the telephonic phone call route via the 808 call centre.
This email was sent more than 30days prior to the end of my contract which has now surpassed the 24months period.
Please can someone assist me from MTN???
