Mtn ****

I have bad experience from Mtn after 17 years as customer. 1st they took a phone under my name that cost R1699 but luckily before it was delivered or finalised the process I find out. When I want to upgrade during July, again there was orders that were pending on my contract that was done online but luckily the 1st incident I reported as **** so there was no way they can do anything without my authority. On the 17 August 2023 I canceled my contract as it was going to expire on the 16 September but the consultant who assisted me that day he continue insisted telling me about thier products but I told him I don't want anything, I want to do the cancelation. But until today my contract is not canceled instead they continue with contract without my concern. Mtn is getting worse every day I don't know if they don't check the people before they employ because mtn employees are ****ming people.
