MTN *****

Mtn are busy with *****. Ive paid my account on the 2nd of December 2025 like i always pay. On the 7th of December they deducted the same amount of money again out of my banking account. I never signed a debit order and always pay my account myself on time. Now they cant explained what happened and they say i must wait 2 weeks for them to pay my money back that they took *******. There is no profesional help available and the Mtn branch in our town cant help you, you must speak to ******** people on the telephone that cant help you. You also dont get any feedback from them. This is not a small amount involved.
