I had a contract with Mtn which they decided to terminate and leave me without a SIM card that I have been using for over 20 years because they decided to move me from their old system to new on *** and created 2 profiles on my account never been soft suspended to show I’m not paying them as they changed it to cash without my consent,fast forward they suspend it 2 weeks ago and I went to the shop ,emailed even call their call centre to be told I’m handed over without communication whatsoever their consultants even said they don’t know how to deal with the query,2 weeks without a phone and no communication to be told they have backlog
