I want o log a complain to MTN. On the 12 January 2022 there was ***** on my account and to date no feedback from them. After sending all the documents they requested. They even debited my account with R11570.00 and nobody can tell me if i am getting my money back or what is currently happening. All they say is it is under investigation. PLEAE HELP ME
