MTN *******

I've been a client of MTN for more than 20yrs and I've never been so disappointed with MTN and MTN Insurance ( PS apparently, they different companies) in all that time like I am now. My phone got ****** / lost in April while I was away from home and staying in Germiston. When I got back, I registered the phone ******/lost at the MTN Midlands Liberty Mall store. Well, that's where the trouble started. They never submitted the forms, so I had to drive down from Mooi River to PMB again, get new forms fill it in again and submit it. Only to get radio silence from the Insurance people. Phone call after phone call after phone call finally resulted in the fact that my insurance contract and my device that was ****** IMEI numbers not matching (this little fact I had to figure out all by myself, not even one call from them to say Oh Mrs' Schoeman there's a problem here " ) when the riots happened "they " replaced my phone but never updated my contract. Note I only go this information after throwing my toys, after numerous calls and being cut off numerous times and then insisting on speaking to a call centre manager. Bronwyn was very helpful however all this time resulted in me having to take yet another trip down to Midlands liberty mall store where I spoke to the store manager Shane who assured me he'd get the outstanding paperwork issue resolved ....oh well 10 days later and nothing so yet again I follow up only to be told his been away at the royal show and that they never replaced my phone Samsung did and his awaiting for them to get back to him .....I'm so so so extremely frustrated, It's now been 1.5mnths of me having to call, me having to run around after paperwork, me having to make tons and tons of calls, me having to do MTN'S blady work for them and yet every month they deduct my contract amount and my insurance amount and all this time I'm sitting with a family's loan phone which I can't even do internet banking on .....MTN you are *****ing my money, you are making me do your work for you and I have to pay you....you're ******* .........
