MTN

I recently went to renew my contract with MTN. My contract is capped is capped at R 1200 pm . Suddenly they started loading data bundles triple the amount that I spend. When I complained they said I had uploaded them from the APP. I don't have the app and don't even know how to use it. This eventually amounted to R 6000 worth of data. How can this happen?
