Guys it is Impossible to cancel a MTN contract that expired.Signing up for a contract is easy peasy but getting rid of it is impossible.I sat on a call to retentions today for 43 minutes and got cut off.Sending mails to customer service does not help as your reference number makes not difference,phoning 135 does not help as they just transfer you to a number that never gets answered.
