MTN

I was contacted by one of MTN sales person about a laptop special they are running.I took the deal.Come month the installment is more by R300. I contacted them ,it was back and forth finally they did their own investigations and found that they're in the wrong. I was told to bring the laptop the laptop back and I did and now I'm told they won't take it without the packaging after I told them I don't have the packaging and said it's fine bringing it without its original packaging. I get excuses from them,I am not gonna keep the laptop because of their employee's incompetencey.IS THIS HOW MTN TRAP PEOPLE???
