MTN *****!!

MTN is using our personal details for their own benefit. I was called by an agent from MTN last year who offered me a contract phone which I accepted and we did Debi check but I have never received the phone yet they tried debiting me. When I call them they tell I have a sim card contract that I don't know about. I sent emails complaining about this but I'm being ignored. They are *****sters!!!
