Mtn legal department sent me a letter from the attorneys saying my account is in areas for the amount of R3300 almost. My account is up to date. So clearly some idiot is not doing their job. I have had this contract for so many years and I actually feel like canceling my contract with them. The idiot from the legal department who did not do their job is now going to cause a default to be on my credit bureau records. I demand this matter to be rectified with immediate effect. And the one who did not do their job should rather loose their job, since it's such a burden for them to do it correctly. I have sent emails to mtn customer care and I recieved an apology from them, however they cannot rectify the damage done by the idiots from legal department. So I sent an email to mtn legal department fools and still no feedback. Who is going to be liable for my credit record and for those legal fees???? I am totally ****ed off.
