MTN

On the 3th February 2025 I bought a MTN home wifi and I was told it takes 2 to 3 working days to be delivered so I waited up until now. So i took a decision to cancel it and ask for my money back. Last week Monday i wrote to them regarding my refund and we spoke up until it was Friday and they promised me 2 to 3 working days for my funds to returned. So today as i was checking whether everything was up to day because it they last day. I received a responded with a confusing email saying I should send them my statement so they can verify such and I did send them my documents hoping to get a positive response but nope they choose to make me wait another five days saying it has been taken to another department and that departmentis is this waiting for the store to send them IRMS confirmation and a cancellation document with the proof of payment, even so it shouldn't take them five days to retrieve such documents from their store. Which is why im saying guyz let's be careful cause this guyz are in this for money and nothing else how can u keep someone waiting for a thing he as paid for and still expect to debit him a full amount on the following month it just lawfull and ******ion just like the guyz who are doing it in our township just that MTN is hiding behind our brothers and sisters full of *******🗑 🚮 🗑 🚮
