MTN *****!!!

I am appalled at the service I have received from MTN. If I could give a negative number rating I would!

A contract for a Samsung galaxy z flip was *****ulently opened on my account on 5/01/24. I was only aware on 21/01/24 when an amount of R1667.45 was debited on my account. I called the call centre and logged the ***** case with MTN . I submitted the affidavit from SAPS and a certified copy of my ID. I went to the bank and reversed these funds. On 05/02/24 my phone number was suspended as I am “owing” MTN for this *****ulent contract, I have been sent from pillar to post when calling MTN and the *****s department. This contract hasn’t been cancelled. This is now affecting my life and my credit score.

I am appalled at the service. If you are looking for a service provider please don’t choose MTN!!
