MTN

Good day, this will be now the third time that my Airtime and Data just disappear from my app. I have contacted MTN and complain, but have not get any feedback or refunded. This morning all my data and airtime was gone, when i contacted the service champion at MTN ,she politely refused to help ,tell me i must phone back and put the phone down in my ear. This is not acceptable and i call it *****. I will be canceling 2 of my accounts with MTN and go to a service provider that gives me service and not take my data and airtime.
