MTN

Never will I ever encourage anyone to do business with MTN. I was a loyal customer for many years and now I only get bad service. Upgraded my router, it never was connected. Decided to cancle as it is month to month. Struggling for months now. They deducted once off fee of R2499 that was never discussed during upgrading. Only upgrading fee of R693 was discussed and paid. Now no one can explain why they took that money. I lost almost R4000 now with nothing to show. That is how MTN make their money. Taking from innocent poor people. BAD SERVICE!!
