I don't understand employees who goes to work and not do their work. Mfundo Mthethwa i know i'm not the only customer that you have to deal with have the decency to reply to my emails after all that's what MTN consultants are at work for. On the 17 July 2020 I bought 10 GB data using internet banking and YOU told me that data was loaded on the number that YOU have, there's no data on that cell number and secondly that cell number is NOT on prepaid is a contract but you already know that because I emailed you that information already including my proof of purchase My sales person told me that there's nothing that he can do from his side MTN has to rectify the error. Mfundo if you can't solve this issue go to someone who can. Thank you
